Payment processed but subscription upgrade failed

I tried to upgrade my subscription plan. The payment was successfully charged from my account, but my plan did not change. I also did not receive any confirmation email or invoice.

I already contacted support through chat but did not receive any help.

Could you please tell me where I can contact someone in writing regarding this issue?

    I was unable to upgrade my subscription plan, but the payment was still charged.
    I do not want to pay again, especially if the upgrade fails again.
    How can I get my money back?
