Payment refund request

Please cancle this payment 
We haven't used any of these in the last couple of months
I tried to cancle it but I couldn't find any of functions to do so I just left messages to cancle
Please check we haven't used any of these and refund this payment 
I leave the message to cancle here again since i can't find any other way to do

1. who's we?

2. no one can cancel for you 

3. if you have a payment problem, it must be fixed first 

4. app usage is irrelevant because adobe can't track usage

-> at least Adobe should let me find a way to cancel subscription. I tried
to find a way it so long but I couldn't find

3. if you have a payment problem, it must be fixed first
-> the biggest problem is I cannot and could not find a way to cancel

4. app usage is irrelevant because adobe can't track usage
-> I see but it's your fault not to give a way to cancel
