Payment taken but account not showing membership

Question

Hi,

Payment has been taken monthly from my account since 18/10/2024 and the most recent payment 18/04/2025.

I just opened Lightroom and it says that the account has no subscription.

https://account.adobe.com/ shows 'Adobe Free Membership'.

I cannot see anything related to these payments under 'Orders' or 'Invoicing'. It's like they've never existed.

I can see the correct card is associated with my account.

Please can this be corrected?

Jack, I am sorry, but there are no active subscriptions under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please make sure to sign in under the account you used to make your purchase if you want to access it or manage it. P
