Payment was taken, but filling information for student option has never been finished.

Hi, basically I was filling the sale for students, I paid for Photoshop, then the site sent me to give information about schools and I mistakenly quited the browser without finishing the progress. My money were taken, the process isn't shown as paid so I cannot cancel it. I have no idea what to do. I don't want the program anymore and I want my money back but I cannot find an option to do so, because the only confirmation that I paid is on my bank account.
