Paypal Integration on my account

Hey Adobe Community,

I became member of Adobe since last month buying the subscription for preimiere pro by mastercard but now I want to use my paypal instead. I went on the billing and payment section to see if I can change but I don't show any option there to change the payment method.

It only shows this option to add new payment method :

Can anyone help me on this ?
