Paypal link does not work, and VAT-Number is not accepted

Hello everyone,

I tried yesterday for hours to purchase a license from Adobe, but the Paypal link did not open for hours. Also was it not possible to fill in a serious invoice where the VAT-number would be accepted and the VAT deducted. This kind of issues is normal for small startups but not for Adobe.

Does someone have a contact info where an Adobe employee, if there are some, would try to fix these issues please?
