Paypal payments

I cannot see how to post to the correct forum, so could the moderator please move this message, thank you.

 

I have paid for my photography package with Paypal each month for some years.  Over the past three or four months Adobe has failed to collect payment, with the subscription marked as Pending.  Other payments by Paypal pass normally (eg my subscription to Spotify).  I have now had to ring Ireland several times to rectify the problem, and each time I am assured that the problem is now resolved.  Is anybody else having this problem?  And more importantly has anybody fixed this problem?   (I avoid using credit cards to pay international bills ...)

    you'll need to recontact support and ask why they have been unable to fix the problem after saying it is fixed.  you should use the chat option so you get a case number and the agents can follow what's occurred with other agents.

     

    use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
