I have an Acrobat Services PDF Services API plan and there is no cancel option available in my account dashboard. I've contacted phone support and was disconnected. Live chat is looping me without reaching an agent. I need this plan canceled and a refund for this unauthorized $29.99 charge. Can an Adobe staff please assist or escalate this? #PDFServicesAPI #billing #cancel"

@daniel23653326jl9k, thanks for posting to this public discussion forum. I am sorry for the problems you have encountered managing your subscriptions with Adobe. I don’t see any active subscriptions or any attempts to contact us in 2026.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to locate the account with your active subscription. You will need to log in with the correct account to access or manage the services you are paying for.

There is no subscription plan for Acrobat Services API and certainly not for $29.99. It’s only available through a contract with Adobe.
