Olá,

Gostaria de solicitar o reembolso de renovação de assinatura do Adobe Acrobat Pro que eu já havia solicitado antes da renovação de teste gratuito. Depois do cancelamento, ainda houve 4 cobranças, conforme print.

Hi  ceclia_1756,

Thanks for reaching out. I reviewed your account details and found that you have an active plan for AI Assistant for Acrobat. This is the reason you are seeing those charges.

Please make sure you cancel both the plans to avoid getting charges in the future. More details: https://adobe.ly/42LzOPZ

I hope it helps.

Dear Shivangi,

I would like to express my concern regarding several subscriptions that have been charged to my account since September. I never requested or intended to activate any of these services, nor have I used them at any point.

Today, when I attempted to cancel one of these plans, I was unexpectedly charged an additional fee for the cancellation, and I was also informed that there would be another charge for cancelling the “AI Assistant” feature. I want to make it clear that I never wanted these features to begin with, and I find it unfair to be charged either for their use or for their cancellation.

I kindly ask for your assistance in properly cancelling all unwanted subscriptions and issuing a refund for the amounts that were charged.

Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.how
