Pending Payment / Billing problem

Hi there,

I am trying to edit my billing information, but that doesn’t work.
Is there any other method to do so?

Projects need to be finished. Unbelievable this is happening with an adobe service.
Please if anyone can help me with the payment, so I can use the software as fast as possible!
I will appreciate this.

Hi kglad,
thx for your reply. I tried it, but the status didn’t change. I still can’t use the software package.
I even created a new billing option. That didn’t work either
Is the chat-option only available during american business office hours (that means US-time-zones)?
Or is there a european service available?

i think outside the usa, m-f pst you can bypass the bot.
