Porque se perdem os créditos com a alteração de plano?

Tinha 143 créditos e perdi todos.

Preferia ter mantido os créditos a receber o reembolso.

Generative credits do not roll over when changing or renewing Adobe plans; the balance resets to the new plan's allotment on your monthly renewal date. Purchased, top-up credits do not roll over either. If you cancel, you lose access to premium generative features.

Perhaps that should be added to the FAQ.

When you cancel the existing plan to switch to another plan, the remaining generative credits that you received with your subscription expire.
