Période d'essai gratuite

Help >> j'ai rensigné la mauvaise adresse mail lorsque j'ai pris la période d'essai AI, donc je n'ai pas accès à la période d'essai mais j'ai tout de même rentré les informations de ma carte... je ne peux donc pas annuler l'abonnement. Ma question était "pensez vous qu'ils vont me prélever de l'argent dans 6jours" sachant que je n'ai pas pu recevoir le mail de confirmation d'achat, et que l'adresse mail renseignée n'existe pas.

you will be billed. adobe doesn't monitor whether you install or use their software.  ie, contact adobe support. 

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
