PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO

Entrei em contato com o serviço de vocês pra resolver um problema de cobrança duplicada, o atendente simplesmente saiu e fechou a sala de atendimento sem que eu tivesse terminado de mandar todos os dados necessário para resolução do caso. Estou sem palavras pelo treinamento precário que a equipe de suporte recebeu. Uma plataforma tão boa eu não consegue atender as necessidades do usuário e é de difícil comunicação.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
