It seems you have having trouble with "Bank account is not linking" (from Google Translate)

Is this for Lightroom?  Is the device Android or iOS?  Does it help to restart the device?  Otherwise please ensure your method of payment is current, and you have followed all payments troubleshooting steps for your mobile App Store.
