Photo subscription gone and support doesn't want to help
Hey,
On April 31, 2025, I redeemed a prepaid subscription for LR + TB code, which worked without any problems. However, the next day I tried the 14-day trial subscription to test Premiere.
After 10 days, I canceled the trial subscription, which worked. But since then, my prepaid subscription has been gone.
The chat support can't or won't help me.
I paid a lot of money for the prepaid subscription, which is now simply gone.
Is there a way to get my prepaid subscription back?
