Photography Plan 20gb not allowing renewal

I hope there is someone here who can help me. I'm a subscriber of the above plan for 4 years and I've been told this is changing, I want to stay subscribed and everything I have read says I can benefit from a "legacy" or "grandfathered" plan for current subscribers of £119/year.
I can see this offer in my adobe account but when I click Update Subscription to pay for it I get an error.
"Error: Plan unavailable
We’re unable to continue with this plan. Select another plan or if you think you’re seeing this message in error, please contact Customer Support."
Can anyone help look into my account to fix this error as my only other option is to pay the higher new fee but I should be able to pay the lower fee.
