Photoshop 2026 keeps closing down

I purchased a lifetime license for Photoshop 2026 through the UK Company Wowcher. It had been working fine but now it just closes down randomly. I am assuming it is something to do with the licensing key? Anyone have any advice?

So I should contact Wowcher to get a refund then? Surely they are aware if it is illegal or not?

Yes, I would get a refund, also uninstall Photoshop and run a full virus scan on your system to check for viruses/malware, pirated software often comes with malicious code that could potentially steal your personal information.

As for Wowcher allowing third party sellers to sell pirated software, that’s something you need to take up with them, you can use the second link I posted above to report them to Adobe.
