There is currently a problem with the payment method you provided, and it must be corrected before you can close the subscription. Please see https://adobe.ly/3GDRpBA for steps you can take to put the account in good standing. Once any needed charges have been made, you can then complete the instructions in https://adobe.ly/4lzPTQ4 to cancel the subscription. ^JW
