Photoshop Elements 2026: License suspended

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026 but I can't access it. I get the "Your Photoshop Elements 2026 license has been suspended." message. When I follow the link to reactivate it, I get a 404 - Page not found.

Please advise.
