Photoshop for iPad subscription not recognised

Hi

I have the photoshop for iPad subscription, Which I haven't used for a while. I'm using an iPad Pro on os version 17.1.1 Ihave tried to reinstall the photoshop for iPad version 5.2 app but it is not recognising that I have a subscription. It either say there's a problem with the network connection straight away or if I press restore purchase it says there is an internal error. I have tried deleting it and re installing but it just comes up with the same message.

Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Thanks in advance

Ele

contact adobe support, if you purchased from adobe (and not apple store).

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

-------

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you for your help, I have just been speaking to an agent and they didn't help at all and then ended the conversion.

Did you buy from Adobe or from the Apple store?
