Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign glitches

Question

For some reason Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign will not load their homescreens, my workspaces in Illustratyor keep reseting themselves even after I have saved them. as in my swatches window has only black and nil. nothing else and my bars are all back to default positions. With the home screen not opening... When i try to open any one of them it brings up a blank adobe window. I have open a file using illustrator just to get an artboard up and make adjustments from there to fit my needs. can this be remedied? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all 3 twice.
