photoshop is broken

i just bought photoshop and it says unconpatible?? i dont get this. this pc cost me $4000 USD and it says this. I dont know if this is a bug or not, please help.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

Without hardware and operating system DETAILS nobody here will be able to offer any help

 

I do know 2 things

The Opera web browser does not work to download and start the install

If you have an nVidia card use the STUDIO driver, not the usual Gaming driver
