Photoshop me to purchase when I already have an account.

Hey everyone! I have had an Adobe student account for months now and used to use Photoshop quite frequently. I stopped for a while, but I just went to get back on and it won't let me in. My only options are to "buy it now" or "start my free trial". Like I said, I've already had an account for quite some time. It has been updated to the most recent version, but I just can't get in it. What do I need to do to fix this?

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
