Photoshop only plan?

Is there no plan for only PS? I've never used or intended to use any other "apps" or cloud storage - and missing one E-mail got me locked in another year of yet again hightened prices. Any only photoshop plan that hurts my wallet less?

Photoshop Elements is a three year license and is less expensive.

the photography plan is, by far, the least expensive adobe plan and includes ps.
