Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share a few more details so we can help better? When you open the Creative Cloud desktop app, do you see Photoshop listed under your apps? If yes, does it show an Install button or an Open button next to it?

This will help us determine whether Photoshop is still installed on your system or needs to be reinstalled.
