Hello,
I’d like to cancel my Photoshop subscription and request a refund, as I no longer need the service. Could you please guide me through the cancellation and refund process?

When you purchase from the App Store, Apple collects the payment and not Adobe. Contact them.

Hey, thank you for your reply.
I have already cancelled my Photoshop subscription through the App Store. I made the subscription on January 5th, and I would now like to request a refund.
Could you please tell me if I am eligible for a refund and whether there are any additional charges to pay?
