Photoshop subscription

Hi there! apperently I got no details whatsoever about subscribing to photoshop, even thought the 7 day free trial that i got transformed into the 27 bucks deal. I'm not able to use photosop and my bank account also states that the purchase has been made. So has anyone else had the same problem and if so, does anyone know the answer for the issue I got. Also where else to ask besides you guys since there's no where to call or anything and the texting bot isn't helping at all. 

Would appreciate the help in case you are able to offer some.

before contacting support, do you see a subscription in your account:  https://account.adobe.com

 

and, if so, do you have the cc desktop app installed?  if so, what problem do you see when trying to install?

I don't see any subscriptions, that's the weird thing. And yeah I have cc desktop installed, out there it shows and suggests me to buy Photoshop and stuff. I have Photoshop installed and all, not able to use it thought. Thank you for helping ye

if you don't see a subscription you either don't have one ot you're using the wrong adobe id.

 

did you get email confirmation of your subscription?  do you see a charge on your credit card?

Tried all of the options, none of them worked out thought 😞 Thank you anyways 

I got another question if you don't mind: Will I be charged in the future if I delete my account?

We are not Adobe staff so cannot check accounts.

You need to check with Adobe. Go to the Adobe chatbox and type AGENT . That way you should be able to chat with a real person who can check your account.

 

Do not respond to any Private Messages (PMs) in this forum asking for account info. Scammers are known to pose as staff and contact people via PM.
