Question

Photoshop subscription checkout address error

I am from India and am trying to buy a Photoshop Lightroom subscription. However, after I enter my address details (which actually is what the form populated as I start typing in the address), it says invalid inputs. The address is not invalid and this is what is puzzling. I have tried using Chrome, Microsoft Edge (in both normal as well as Incognito/In-private mode) but nothing works. If I choose Credit card as an option to pay, the form finds even the credit card details to be "invalid inputs" (the other options is UPI, where only the address is marked as invalid).

Is there anyone from India who faced this problem and found a solution to buy a subscription?

Thanks for this but doesn't look like it addresses my problem. I am not yet subscribed to any of the plans - so I don't even see the option to edit billing and payment. For me, on the checkout page, it flags the address as "Invalid input"

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

@aragornxx First thing first, clear the history, cookies and cache to your web browser, Chrome and Edge. And any other broswers you may use such as Firefox, Safari, Brave? Once you do that, log back into Adobe.com website.

When you enter the details, 'form populated as I start typing in the address' — do not rely on the auto-populated address. Clear the fields and type them manually. Make sure there are no spaces in your 6-digit PIN code. For the city, try selecting the city from the dropdown before typing the rest of the address. Don't use any special character. Keep it as simple as possible.

Thanks for your suggestions and I followed what you said - cleared all the browsing data (history, cookies, cache) etc. Filled up the address (without using auto-populated fields). And it still didn't work 😞  Tried it a few times but it still flags address, city, pincode etc. as invalid inputs. Haven't faced this kind of an issue with payment on any other portal. Am wondering if this problem is unique to me or if other users have also faced it in the past.
