Question

Plan

My account education information was not up to date, so my Creative Cloud Student & Teacher plan was automatically changed to a standard plan.

I entered my student status information and received a email stating that everything was verified, but I couldn't change my plan back to the Student & Teacher one.

So I cancelled my plan and am trying to buy another one, but I get a message that the purchase is not supported.

What can I do ?

Service will expire tomorrow!!!

Yikes !

You can't buy plan when a different one is still running. I would contact Adobe customer care to confirm the status of the student plan and to see what can be done. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

who's administering your plan?

if it's your school's plan, contact the school adminisitrator.

if it's your plan, use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Fixed by chat with an agent on Virtual Assistant. Thanks!
