No pude cancelar la prueba gratuita de 7 días y ahora compré el plan mensual. ¿como puedo cancelar el plan porque no no quiero que me cobre?

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Please go to https://account.adobe.com/plans to manage your account. There may be a fee for trying to cancel; if you want to try to get that waived you can try contacting Adobe directly. Scroll down to the bottom of that page to find the support options and you can find a chat request (we can't help you with billing issues on these forums).
