Plan cancallation

Hi there,

 

I'd like to ask your help about following issue. 
My annual plan was renewed on 18. July 2025 and I would like to cancel it.

When I tried to cancel I've got a message that I need to pay cancellation fee, but I'm within 14 days from renewal date. 

Please give me feedback how can I handle, because unfortunately I don't need all of the applications in the current package, and it can be enough a smaller package for my future work.

the renewal date is not the same as the plan's start date.
