PLAN CANCELLATION
YESTERDAY 15/11/2023 I bought a plan to get adobe premiere pro.
Since my device is not the right one i want to cancel my plan for the moment.
i wrote to the virtual assistaint and it said that there is no account with my email.
i have paid and have the confirmation e.mails.
when i search in the FAQ's how to cancel a plan there is the link but it does not open any page.
How can i cancel my plan? Can i please talk to a human?
