Plan cancellation

//I'm using translation, there may be typos.//

Hi, I'm an Adobe user for one year. For the second year, more than the price written on the site was requested. I didn't accept that. Then my account was suspended. I couldn't cancel that package. When I open the screen to manage my plan, I see a text telling me to update my payment method. If I update it, he's going to take that money out of me. I don't want to pay that money. Whether an official is looking into this problem.

Thanks for your question, and sorry for any confusion, Halim. If you wish to continue using the educational discounted rate for your plan, then see https://adobe.ly/3yj4UlV for information on how to validate your status as a current student. The price of plan goes up once you are no longer a student, but there is still a discount for the second year.

Halim, I reviewed the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. You have started a new plan in addition to the previous Creative Cloud membership you were using.

Once you have updated your status as a student, please see https://adobe.ly/3LGWzeQ for information on how to cancel any unwanted plans or memberships.

Finally, if you decide to continue using your Creative Cloud membership with an educational discount, see https://adobe.ly/3LIe2Uq for information on how to update the payment method used for the memberships and services you have selected. ^JW

You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the Account forum

Nobody here in a public forum can see your account information
What do you see for your account at https://account.adobe.com/
This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
    .
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
    .
This link will go directly to the chat option
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
    or
    X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
    .
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
