My subscription renewed and I canceled before 14 days, will I get a refund?

with an annual subscription, you have to cancel before the renewal date and after the final payment is received.

otherwise, you're subject to a penalty.

no penalty for prepaid plans, ever. only monthly paid plans are subject to penalty.
