plan cancellation

i did cancel the plan right after i registered for the free trial but an error occurred during the cancellation. 

and its been charging me twice already. first on july 9 and today, july 22.  ive checked all my emails but unable to retrieve the plan details. is it possible to just cancel it inside the photoshop app? 

need help asap, im losing patience
