Plan Cancellation, refund request

Good evening,

I had a student plan for one year (2024-2025) (19,83 euros per month). From October (2025), I switched my account to a new one becouse my school gave me the license. I thought that my previous plan would have been simply changed with tha one that I'm using now, because the email required to access is the same.

Unfortunately the previous plan upgraded authomatically in an annual one, without my knowledge, and it took two monthly payments (40,99 euros each), without even acceding to that profile, because of course, I was using the license from my school.

If I try to cancel the plan now from the site it asks me a fee of 250 euros.

May you help me? I ask for refound and cancellation of the annual plan.

you'll need to appeal to adobe support.

Elisa, thanks for posting about managing your commitment to Adobe in this public discussion forum. Please use the account chooser discussed at https://adobe.ly/4jghIwi to choose your personal account with your active continuing commitment to Adobe. You can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/49xcNDY to self-cancel your ongoing commitment to Adobe. It looks like you were using your personal subscription as recently as this month, so make sure you log in with the subscription provided by your school once your plan is no longer active.

For more information on the cancellation process and the fees involved, see https://adobe.ly/4qwFzuj. ^JW

My school asked for my personal e-mail in order to obtain my license. The same e-mail that is involved in this new plan. But I've always logged with my school's profile. That's why it could result that I am acceding with the same account. That is not really clear. Should I get a new e-mail? Can I still get the refund?
I have already read the refund terms, unfortunately I didn't realize until today and now I'm not able to ask for the free cancellation.

Elisa, I see recent usage from your individual account, so you may want to check with your school's Creative Cloud plan administrator before you end your current commitment. You may lose access to the key file or resource you are currently using once your individual plan reverts to a non-paid membership.

You are not currently owed a refund, as you never initiated the self-cancel process for your active commitment. You can click on https://adobe.ly/3LdAuYE to speak with a member of our team about any fees that are associated with ending the annual commitment early, Elisa. I would recommend you sort out which account you have been using for your school work first, so that you don't cause additional disruptions. ^JW
