Plan cancellation request

Hello, I want to submit my request in cancelling my plan, I dont want to update my billing information or it will auto deduct from my card. I subscribed Adobe due to 7 days free trial for emergency reason.

Upon reviewing your account details, I noticed that there are pending dues on your Adobe account. Please note that cancellations can only be processed once all outstanding payments have been cleared.

Scammer, i only sign up for 7 days trial and i i am informed that i can cancel anytime
