Plan cancelled too late

Hi,

I activated a package with the free trial version, but unfortunately I canceled it too late, so the price of the first month was deducted. However, since the plan has been cancelled, I can't use it and my money is in it. What can I do?

Thanks for any advice or help.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

that's the way it works, if you have an annual plan paid monthly https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html.

Your subscripton should work till the end of the month if it is a month to plan. Check out the following article for details about this

    https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/payment-methods-available-for-CCT.html

If you have any doubts after this then you should contact Adobe support. To contact support follow the instructions given below
    1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
    3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
    4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
