Plan Change Issue

I received an email about the plan increase, it says I can change to annual billing. When I follow the link to manage my plan, the option to change to annual billing is not there. I can't find a chat button anywhere. I would like to continue with the option offered but it seems impossible.

As I said in my post, that doesn't work, I think I was very clear about that.

I resolved it by spending a full half hour on chat explaining that it couldn't be offered in an email but not on the web. Finally, they cancelled my account and initiated a new one with annual payment. But for the first 25 minutes, support was telling me I had to use the new high price monthly plan.

Thank you for posting your solution. I've moved your post to Account, Payment, & Plan and marked your answer correct. It will help others who search. I rarely use Adobe's chat, but with other companies I ask for a supervisor or Tier 2 support when needed.

These plan updates come into effect for new subscribers on January 15, 2025, and will become effective for existing members only when your plan next renews.
