Plan does not reflect even after auto renewal through PayPal
Hi community,
I logged in to Lightroom after 3-4 months and it asked me to upgrade or try free plan. However my Photography plan (20gb) was auto renewed through PayPal on 3rd Sep 2023. It debited £119 from my account but it does not reflect in my Adobe creative cloud account. Also I cannot see my previous renewals in Account sections.
I have invoice id and transaction id in PayPal, can someone please suggest how I can resolve this issue ?
