Can I combine Photoshop and Illustrator? I only need those two programs, but there was no option to do so.

Let me re-phrase. I want to only purchase Illustrator and Photoshop. Is there a way to customize my Adobe plan?

you would have to subscribe to two plans, ps and illustrator. ie, there are only a few plan bundles and that's not one of them.

As @kglad mentioned, you can subscribe to Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop individually, however Adobe does not offer a custom bundle that includes just those two apps.
