Plan randomly added to my other account
Hi, I canceled my free-trial plan on my other account and after few days there was payment on my card, that didn't go through. When I looked at my accounts I saw that the plan wasn't canceled and that the same plan was also added to my other regular account that already contained different plan. I realised this also because the payment for this second plan was out of nowhere charged to my card.
I've been trying to reach support and nothing works. I am very frustrated because I am being charged for three plans across two accounts and if I try to cancel the plan it wants to charge me for the whole year.
Please help
