Plan subscription does not show on my account, still I got charged the fee.

We tried to subcribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro for the 7-day free trial, but the transaction seemed unsuccesful. After 7 days we got charged the fee. In my plans there is nothing to see, it shows that there is no active plan, so I am not able to cancel it. Can you help?
