Plan subscriptions if you work for higher education

This is a question about the Adobe subscriptions and the discounts provided. As it states, the discount is "available to all educators, staff, and students who are currently employed by – or enrolled in – a university." After graduating university, I was employed as a Graphic Designer for the marketing department of the same university. Now if I select the Educators/staff option it takes me to an option that only mentions subscribing as an educator and providing "proof of courses taught." I'm confused about this because I would think that as the website mentions staff, I would think being employed by the University qualifies as so (not exclusively being an educator.) So would the discount only be provided to educators and not as a staff member? If it does allow the discount for other staff members, how do I go about it?

contact adobe support and ask.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
