Plan that was advertised has disappeared?

Hi, I have been waiting to sign back up for Photoshop and Lightroom and for the last 4 days when I've checked its been showing it's £9.98 a month. I haven't had any money so I waited until I got paid today and now it's showing that it's £19.98 a month. Does anyone know if it was a special deal, as I used to have a subscription and only paid £9.98.

At the moment I am really struggling with money but need Photoshop to be able to use ICC profiles for sublimation printing.
Can anyone confirm this was the price and why it's gone up on a random Friday?

Thanks

Becky

Correct answer Reba-Jane

Well, from time to time, Adobe makes regional tests to see how this or that plan sells. I would contact Adobe customer service and ask for the plan you want. I'm confident, they still can provide you the cheaper one. The difference between both plans is the 1 TB of cloud space, which makes the cloud-based Lightroom usable. For me, this is not an alternative because I have about 4 TB of picture data… So, I'm using Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.

Thank you for your help to everyone. Someone in Support has put me on the £9.98 Photography Plan, even though I can't see it myself?!

Please look here for the Photography plan: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html?filter=photography&plan=individual

The plan of interest for you would be this one:

You need to know that you will commit for a year, and a year prepaid is cheaper… (my prices are in €, but if you are located in the UK, you will be shown prices in GBP.

Be sure you are looking at the special (lower cost) Photography plan, not the Photoshop plan
