Plan usage problem

I am using two Adobe plans: one Photography Plan and one Creative Cloud Pro plan.

I use my plans on two different devices: a laptop and an iMac. I do not use them at the same time. When I start using one device, I always log out from the other.

However, Adobe keeps sending security warnings and forces password resets for both plan users.

Even though the usage is not simultaneous, we continue to receive these warnings.

How can we prevent this issue?

Thanks for posting, @gazi timurtaş. I am sorry you are encountering problems managing your active subscription between multiple devices. Have you confirmed that the devices listed online are only your known devices, @gazi timurtaş ?

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/activation-limit-reached-creative-cloud.html for information on how to review and manage the devices that your subscription has been activated on.

Is there anything else we should know, @gazi timurtaş . Are these computers both in your home office on the same network, or does an organization manage them?

Additional note: One subscription is used by my spouse on one computer only. I use the other subscription on two computers, never at the same time. There is no account sharing.
