Płatność po anulowaniu subskrybcji/Payment after unsubscribing

Anlowałem wczoraj subskrypcje 5 dni przed jej odnowieniem, potrzebowałem jej tylko na miesiąc a dziś przyszła mi opłata 110 euro. Chciałbym to jakoś wyjaśnić albo dowiedzieć się czegoś o co chodzi, pozdrawiam 

I canceled my subscription yesterday 5 days before it was renewed, I only needed it for a month and today I was charged 110 euros. I would like to explain it somehow or find out what's going on, greetings

Też o tym nie wiedziała, i jestem 54 euro w dupie. 

Co najlepsze, jak już anulujesz, to pobierają Ci kasę, ale dostępu do programów już nie masz.

for almost all subscriptions there are three plans.  one that's monthly (and higher priced per month) and two that are annual (but lower priced per month).  the annual plans require a one year commitment to access that lower cost.  if you violate that commitment, there's a penalty (=1/2 the unpaid amount owed on the remaining months).

 

bottomline: you need to pay attention when subscribing.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
