I heard that Photoshop was canceled, but it keeps getting paid.
Please cancel it. I didn't use it once after the free period.

Hi @caring_warrior4268,

Thanks for reaching out. I looked into your account details and found that your subscription was cancelled within trial. Could you look into this article for the unknown charge you are seeing? https://adobe.ly/4ju93Vu

Let me know if it helps.

no one can cancel for you.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

You cannot expect Adobe to cancel your plan from a message in a community forum, or from a chat window.

You do it from your account settings.
ALSO: Check with whatever payment method you use and cancel any "recurring payments" you may have set up.

PLEASE NOTE:  Once you cancel:  You still will have to pay 1/2 the remaining time on your contract.   FOR EXAMPLE:  You cancel your contract after 30 days- you still will have to pay for 5.5 months- 1/2 the time remaining to cancel your contract.

It  really does not matter if you didn't use it once or 1000 times after the free period-the contract you agreed to when you first set up PS is quite clear about automatically being charged once the free period is over.

IF YOU OPEN ANOTHER CHAT WINDOW TO SPEAK WITH SUPPORT:

ENTER "AGENT"- NO MORE, NO LESS- JUST THE WORD "AGENT"

This is essentially a user Forum, though thankfully some Adobe employees do occasionally chime in, for licensing and payment issues please try contacting Adobe customer care, click the speech-bubble-icon bottom right and type »agent« to get in touch with a human.
