After the free experience, I couldn't cancel the subscription, so I paid, and when I tried to cancel it again, I charged a penalty. I didn't even use it, so please refund it.

if you committed to a one year subscription and cancelled before fulfilling that obligation (and after the trial/refund period), there's an early cancellation fee =1/2 the amound owed.

@youngwoo_9900 If you purchased elsewhere, contact the store directly. So, if you got it fro Apple or Google, you need to go through them.
