Please give me my money back

Hi,

I've been charged twice for a 7-week trial. The email and everything stated that the payment was going to be made on November 21.

However, it was charged right away. I want to clarify that although it says pending, I can see it on the amount owed on my credit cards, meaning that it has been processed. Please reimburse my money as soon as possible as I don't have the money to invest right now. Thanks in advance

Thanks for clarifying. I appreciate the time you've taken. I've gone through my CC, and the charge is no longer there.

and adobe doesn't have 7 week trials and pending means the money is reserved, not transfered.  ie, you still have that money.

I meant to say a 7-day trial, as shown in my attached message. However, I
shouldn't see any charges on my CC, as the email confirmation I received
clearly stated that no money would be deducted until November 21, 2025.
    This is contradictory.

the money is pending, not removed.

    Hi mariaf_5239,

We are sorry for the trouble. Ideally there should be no charge if you opt for the free trial.

Adobe offers full refund once you cancel the plan within first 14 days.

You can follow the steps listed in this article: https://adobe.ly/49Uatrl

Also, you can check this article to understand the refund policies: https://adobe.ly/3Jxwm5e

The refund is automatically initiated and processed within 12-14 days.

    I hope it helps.
